Aaron is a 2007 (B.S., Computer Science and History) and 2014 (M.S., Computer Engineering) graduate of the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science and History. His work and interests span all realms of information technology with a passion for software development and building usable software and web page designs.
Aaron currently works for the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) in Syracuse, New York as a Senior Programmer/Analyst in Information Systems. He also does freelance web development and information technology support consulting in the Syracuse area.
Alpha Phi Omega
Aaron pledged the Alpha Phi Omega national co-educational service fraternity in 2006 at the Phi chapter at Syracuse University/SUNY-ESF. Since pledging, Aaron has served on the Phi chapter executive board, the Section 87 staff culminating in four years (2010-2014) as Section Chair, and currently serves as Region II Chair, Central New York Alumni Association (CNYAA) President, advisor to the Phi chapter at Syracuse University/SUNY-ESF, and Extension Sponsor to the new Alpha Eta Sigma chapter at Cazenovia College. He received the Phi Chapter Distinguished Service Key in 2010, and the Section 87 Distinguished Service Key in 2012. He was also honored with the Herbert G. Horton Service to Youth award at the National Convention in 2012.
Boy Scouts of America
Aaron has been involved in the programs of the Boy Scouts of America since 1993, starting in cub scouts, and achieved the Eagle Scout rank in 2002. Since 2005, Aaron has served as the Longhouse Council (formerly Hiawatha Seaway Council) webmaster, and also serves on the Onondaga District Committee.
